Services Description

EditKaro.in provides video editing and social media marketing services. Our services include:

• Professional video editing
• Color grading and correction
• Motion graphics and animations
• Social media content creation
• Content strategy and planning

Project Terms

Project Initiation

• Projects begin upon receipt of all required materials and payment
• Client must provide all necessary source files and assets
• Project timeline will be established in the project agreement

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• All payments are non-refundable
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client receives rights to the final edited video
• EditKaro.in retains rights to raw footage and project files
• Client may not claim ownership of our editing techniques or processes

Revisions and Changes

• Two rounds of revisions included in standard pricing
• Additional revisions charged at hourly rate
• Major changes may require additional payment

Delivery

• Final deliverables provided in agreed format
• Delivery timeline specified in project agreement
• Client responsible for providing delivery specifications

Limitation of Liability

EditKaro.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or website notice.
